Project: WIN is a structured initiative designed to guide teenagers toward success in every aspect of life. The process focuses on personal growth, skill development, and community impact, carried out through the following steps:

Engage – We meet youth where they are, creating welcoming spaces that foster trust and connection through events, outreach, and community presence.

Assess – Each participant's strengths, challenges, and goals are identified through one-on-one mentorship and self-assessments.
